dc.description.abstract-translatedThis paper focuses on the analysis of selected strategic development documents of the European Union, namely the document National Strategic Reference Framework. On the basis of this document, the Slovak Republic in the programming period 2007 – 2013 is able to use resources from the EU funds throughout the duration of this period. According to this document, we analyze the operational program (under the Convergence objective) Employment and social inclusion, which aims to increase the employment and social inclusion (the inclusion of) of employees in various areas.en
