dc.description.abstract-translated | Based on the experience of Atmos Chrast company - a leading Czech manufacturer of the air compressors, there was initiated a development of specialized data acquisition unit for on-site diagnostics of the air compressors. The unit allows systematic and long-term monitoring of operating parameters of the compressors (temperatures, pressures, vibrations etc.). However, the device was not designed only to cover all types of the compressors produced by of this one anufacturer, but as basic platform for further development of complex diagnostics of rotating machines, including real-time analysis and data transfer for on-line monitoring. It can be used for testing of the brandnew machines in the factory testing room as well as for monitoring of the defective ones in the field. The designed device should help to increase effectiveness of the testing and prevent the machine failures. The paper describes hardware and software solution of the proposed data acquisition unit. | en |
