Abstract in different language: The 620-kilometer-long Yugoslav-Hungarian border was an area of the so-called Little Cold War in the 1950s. The aim of the study is to present the social and political characteristics of the fifties along the Mura, based on the example of Zala County. In addition to describing world political events, he presents the functioning of the internal affairs bodies of the authoritarian system. He describes in detail the preparations for fortification for the war clash. In addition, his knowledge of the 56 events that brought about domestic political change.
