| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na tématiku bezpečí pacientů v anestezii. Část teoretická pojednává o managementu bezpečí pacientů v anestezii a anestezii jako oboru. Praktickou část tvoří analýza dat kvantitativního výzkumu zaměřeného na všeobecné sestry pracující na anesteziologických odděleních nemocnic. Jsou zde zpracovány údaje o jejich znalostech souvisejících s bezpečím pacientů a využití těchto znalostí v praxi. Cílem práce je zhodnocení informovanosti sester o problematice bezpečí pacientů v anestezii. Jedním z vytyčených cílů je vytvoření návrhu listu bezpečnostní procedury pro vyšší bezpečnost pacientů v anestezii. Tato diplomová práce poukazuje na důležitost zajišťování a zvyšování úrovně bezpečí pacientů v oboru anestezie. Obsahuje informace, které by měly pomoci rozšířit znalosti o problematice zvyšování bezpečí pacientů v anestezii. | cs |
