dc.description.abstract-translated | Filling and the goal of these work is engineering design and experimental testing of special cassette milling cutter tool with inserts for High Speed Cutting in face milling. Cassette milling cutter is mostly apply for milling cutter with bigger diameter, as are cutter head, or circular milling cutter. Is that by virtue of that on smaller milling cutter isn't for cassette place. But it exist exception, as in the case of these work, where is construction of cassette milling cutter select, although is diameter milling cutter „ cool" 52 mm. This design will be solving comprehensively, that is why we will made and analyses engineering design including laboratory testing. There is no literature that would be deal with construction of clamp - size, shape etc. Therefore in this constructional solve perform analyses of acceptable clamp. Is that for reasons of toughest clamping inserts from Cermets, which is demonstrate at tested milling cutter and durability of inserts. The main positive and the goal of this tool would have had be bigger scholastic elasticity (quickly exchange geometry of tool) at studying cutting of difficult-to-machine materials with cermets on the Institute of Machining Technology. | en |
