dc.description.abstractTeoretická část bakalářské práce se zabývá mikroskopií atomárních sil.Různými metodami měření a výpočtem chyb měření. Dále jejich úpravou či jejich částečným odvozením. Práce rozpracovává také teorii sond, jejich výrobu a použití. V praktické části se práce věnuje rozboru použitelných sond pro mikroskop od firmy BRUKER. Vzhledem k použití a zpracování z hlediska jejich fyzikálních vlastností a rovněž porovnání cen od výrobce.cs
