| Abstract: | Předkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá elektricky vodivými adhezivy vhodnými pro flexibilní substráty. Cílem práce je definovat vhodný postup pro testování reálné mechanické výdrže elektricky vodivého adheziva na flexibilním substrátu při ohýbání. Hlavní důraz je kladen jak na provedení rešerši komerčně dostupných elektricky vodivých adheziv, tak i na praktické otestování vybraného adheziva deponovaného na flexibilní substrát. V praktické části je detailně popsán provedený experiment testování výdrže vybraného elektricky vodivého adheziva, kterým jsou nakontaktovány součástky na flexibilní substrát, při cyklickém ohýbání. V závěru práce je provedeno vyhodnocení získaných dat a poznatků z provedeného experimentu. |
| Abstract in different language: | This master thesis deals with the electrically conductive adhesives suitable for flexible substrates. The main goal of this thesis is to define proper process of testing real mechanical endurance of electrical conductive adhesive on flexible substrate in bend test. The focus was concentrated on finding commercially available electrically conductive adhesives and on practical test of selected adhesive on flexible substrate. Conducted endurance test of selected electrical conductive adhesive is described in the practical part of thesis. The test consisted of cyclic bend test of electrical components connected to flexible substrate with selected adhesive. The obtained data from conducted experiment are evaluated in the summary. |
