| Abstract: | Předkládaná bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku tištěných tranzistorů. V práci jsou popsány různé druhy organických tranzistorů, které se liší svým výrobním postupem a principem funkce. V následující kapitole jsou uvedeny typy flexibilních substrátů, které se pro tisk flexibilních organických tranzistorů používají. Pro tisk organických tranzistorů jsou zapotřebí určité polovodičové materiály, jako jsou polymery a nízkomolekulární látky, které jsou zde také uvedeny. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny výrobní technologie pro tisk organických tranzistorů a zhodnocena nejpoužívanější metoda tisku. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis is focused on printed transistors. In this work are described different kinds of organic transistors, which vary in their manufacturing process and function principle. In following chapter are listed types of flexible substrates, which are used for printing of flexible organic transistors. For printing of organic transistors are required certain semiconductor materials as polymers and small molecules materials, which are mentioned in this work. At the end of the thesis are presented the production technologies for printing of organic transistors and evaluated the most used printing method. |
