Abstract:	Tato práce se zabývá kolektivizací zemědělství i vzestupem selských rodů. Těžiště práce představují životní osudy Josefa Hrazdíry, středního rolníka z Vilémovic, a jeho snahu soukromě hospodařit i po roce 1948. Práce se zaměřuje nejen na mikro historický rozměr životních osudů, ale zároveň zkoumá i dobové právní normy a jejich aplikaci.
Abstract in different language:	The present thesis is concerned with collectivization of agriculture and the rise of common-folk houses. It deals with the life story of Josef Hrazdíra, a middle landowner from Vilémovice, and his attempts to keep his private farm after the year 1948. The thesis does not only describe the micro-historical view of the Hrazdíra family life story, but also simultaneously researches contemporary legal norms and their application.
