Abstract:	Tato práce je založena na mé osobní kulturní exploraci ve Spojených státech a práci D. Livermore a E. Meyer. Rozebírá kulturu jako pojem s jejímy charakteristikami a nástroji pro měření, kulturní inteligenci a příručku, jak si jí vyvíjet a zlepšovat. Dále klade důraz na kulturní charakteristiky v USA a srovnává tamní kulturu s tou českou.
Abstract in different language:	This thesis is based on my personal cultural exploration in the United States of America and works by David Livermore and Erin Meyer. It examines the notion of culture with its characteristics and measuring tools, cultural intelligence and a guide how to develop and improve it, subsequently it also pays special attention to cultural characteristics of the US and compares local culture to the Czech one.
