| Abstract: | Tématem této bakalářské práce je Ošetřovatelský proces u pacientů s mentální anorexií. Teoretická část je zaměřena na rozdělení poruch příjmu potravy, charakteristiku mentální anorexie a její rizikové faktory, diagnostiku a léčbu. Dále obsahuje také závažné komplikace této nemoci a specifika ošetřovatelské péče. Praktická část je zaměřena na ošetřovatelský proces u dvou vybraných respondentek s potvrzenou diagnózou mentální anorexie. Tyto pacientky byly hospitalizované na psychiatrické klinice ve FN Plzeň. |
| Abstract in different language: | The topic of the bachelor work is Nursing process of pacients with the anorexia nervosa. Theoretical part is focused on distribution of eating disorders, characteristics of anorexia nervosa and its risk factors, diagnosis and treatment. It also contains serious complicati-ons of this disease and specifics of nursing care. The practical part is focused on nursing process by two selected patients with confirmed diagnosis of anorexia nervosa. These patients were hospitalized at a psychiatric clinic in Pilsen. |
