dc.description.abstract-translatedWe are focused on the part where the student can assess their own progress in learning – selfevaluation. According to the fact that learning is not only the time spent at school but also the preparation at home is necessary, the student needs to realize what progress they have made and what they should focus on. The student should not underestimate or overestimate themselves. The easiest way of evaluation is to evaluate knowledge reproduction, but craft subjects are often focused on skills. We examined 50 female university students (studying teaching at kindergarten) on how they evaluated themselves (their product made from natural materials) and what evaluation they received from their classmates. A discussion followed the evaluation, regarding the results but also how to develop self-evaluation in different ways (self-evaluation sheets, video recordings, diversity of teaching methods, group activities). The topic was designed especially for these university students to develop this competence in children in kindergartens as future teachers in a non-violent method because later it is a lifelong process. styles. The parts of the paper (title, abstract, keywords, sections, text, etc.) are already defined on the style sheet, as illustrated by the portions given in this document.en
