| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou uspokojování potřeby jistoty a bezpečí v souvislosti s plánovaným operačním výkonem. Operace vždy nějakým způsobem ovlivní všechny pacientovy potřeby. Informace a komunikace jsou nejdůležitější oblasti, které pacient potřebuje pro co největší pocit jistoty a bezpečí. Všeobecná sestra hraje v tomto klíčovou roli a je pro pacienta před i po operaci tou nejbližší osobou. Svým postojem, znalostmi a dovednostmi se stává pro pacienta člověkem, který může a umí naplnit co nejlépe jeho potřebu jistoty a bezpečí. Teoretická část diplomové práce je věnována potřebám pacientů se zaměřením na potřebu jistoty a bezpečí v ošetřovatelském procesu. Popisuje problematiku operačního výkonu ze strany ošetřovatelské péče. Dále krátce rozebírá pojem kultura bezpečí ve zdravotnictví. Zmiňuje významné dokumenty ohledně jistoty a bezpečí v ČR i ve světě. Praktická část diplomové práce poskytuje informace o subjektivních pocitech pacientů během hospitalizace. Současně ukazuje z pohledu pacienta, jak je potřeba jistoty a bezpečí uspokojována sestrami prakticky. Na základě výzkumného šetření, které je provedeno metodou kvalitativního výzkumu s využitím hloubkových rozhovorů, se hledají eventuelní nedostatky v uspokojování těchto potřeb. Data z provedeného výzkumu jsou podrobena obsahové analýze. Následuje návrh praktického výstupu a další řešení této problematiky. | cs |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This is The Diploma thesis deals with the issues of patient's security and safety needs in the context of a planned surgery procedure. The surgery procedure always somehow influences the patient's needs. The information and communication are the two most important parts of the patient's needs to feel the highest possible sense of security and safety. A general nurse plays the key role in becoming the closest person to a patient before and after the surgery procedure. Thanks to her attitude, knowledge and skill set she assumes the role of overseeing the patient's needs of safety and certainty. The theoretical part of the Diploma thesis is dedicated to the needs of patients with a focus on certainty and security needs during the nursing procedure. This part of the thesis describes the issues of a surgery during the nursing care. Furthermore, it describes the safety standards in a healthcare system and mentions safety documents in the Czech Republic and throughout the world. The practical part provides information about subjective feelings of the patients during their stay in a hospital. This part also shows how well are these requirements fulfilled from the patients' point of view. A research investigation is made using the method of qualitative research using a deep talk conversation to discover any issues in seeing to those needs. This data is then subjected to a large volume analysis, followed by a practical outcome and further solution of this issue. | en |
