| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce "Orgány spolku" se zabývá českou právní úpravou spolků, zejména pak spolkových orgánů. Cílem práce je seznámit čtenáře s touto problematikou a následně porovnat právní úpravu s konkrétní úpravou spolku. V diplomové práci je nejdříve velmi stručně popsána historie právní úpravy spolků, která slouží jako podklad pro porozumění platné právní úpravy. Při jejím rozboru se autorka zaměřuje na vymezení základních pojmů, mezi něž patří vznik a zánik spolku, členství ve spolku nebo fúze spolků. Hlavní část práce se podrobně zaměřuje na jednotlivé orgány spolků. Součástí je i porovnání stavu zamýšleného zákonodárcem se stavem skutečným v konkrétním spolku. V závěru práce dochází ke komparaci se zahraniční právní úpravou, a to konkrétně právní úpravou Polské republiky. | cs |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The diploma thesis "Bodies of the association" deals with the Czech legal regulation of associations, especially the association bodies. The aim of the thesis is to familiarize the reader with this issue and then to compare the legal regulation with the specific regulation of the association. In the thesis, the history of the legal regulation of associations is first described very briefly, which serves as a basis for understanding the current legal regulation. In its analysis, the author focuses on the definition of basic concepts, including the formation and dissolution of an association, membership in an association or the merger of associations. The main part of the thesis focuses in detail on the individual bodies of associations. It also includes a comparison of the situation as intended by the legislator with the actual situation in a particular association. The thesis concludes with a comparison with foreign legislation, namely the legislation of the Republic of Poland. | en |
