| Abstract: | V článku je rozebrán návrh německé nouzové ústavy z roku 1923. Jeho autorem byl bavorský soudce Theodor von der Pfordten, návrh by byl pravděpodobně oznámen, pokud by v roce 1923 uspěl v Německu pivní puč a nacistická strana přišla do vlády. |
| Abstract in different language: | The article is devoted to the analysis of the draft German emergency constitution from 1923. Its author was the Bavarian judge Theodor von der Pfordten and it would probably be announced if a beer hall putsch in Germany succeeded in 1923 and the Nazi party came to the government. |
