Abstract in different language: Castle Jestřebí was built on a lonely sandstone spur probably around 1300 (according to an older hypothesis it wasn’t until the beginning of the 15th century) and use of it was ended in the 1st half of 16th century. A break-up of the rock, which is still in progress, started in the early 19th century and it has been causing significant loss of the castle and, due to this, loss of information about its form. Therefore the iconographical sources from the time before the beginning of the rock break-up are very important for recognition of its form and shape. The paper brings information about four newly discovered portrayal of the castle, one from 1619 and the other three from the turn of the first and the second quarters of the 19th century.
