dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem právních úpravy podnikání v elektronických komunikacích. Jejím cílem je představit vývoj právní úpravy, podrobněji rozebrat současnou právní úpravu. Pokusit se porovnat Českou právní úpravu se zahraniční právní úpravou. Představit klíčové pojmy, které mají důležité postavení a zaznívají často v zákoně. Definovat podnikání jako takové pro lepší představu a spojení s konkrétním odvětvím elektronických komunikací.cs
