| Abstract: | Tato práce si dává za cíl přiblížit problematiku právního postavení profesionálních sportovců v České republice. Práce se nejprve zabývá vztahem mezi sportem a právem, následně vymezuje pojem "profesionální sportovec". V následujících kapitolách se diplomová práce zaobírá profesionálním sportovcem jako zaměstnancem a jako osobou samostatně výdělečně činnou. Další kapitoly řeší problematiku nezletilých sportovců a profesionální smlouvy sportovců. Předposlední kapitoly se týkají judikatury k dané tematice a komparace profesionálních sportovců z ciziny. Závěrečnou kapitolou přináší autor svůj vlastní pohled na problematiku. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of this thesis is to introduce the issue of the legal status of professional athletes in the Czech Republic. The thesis first deals with the relationship between sport and law, then defines the term "professional athlete". In the following chapters, the diploma thesis deals with a professional athlete as an employee and as a self-employed person. Other chapters deal with the issue of underage athletes and professional contracts of athletes. The penultimate chapters concern the case law on the topic and the comparison of professional athletes from abroad. With the final chapter, the author brings his own view of the issue. |
