| Abstract: | Téma bakalářské práce je ošetřovatelská péče o nemocné s akutní pankreatitidou. Teoretická část je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol. První kapitola obsahuje poznatky z anatomie a fyziologie slinivky břišní. Druhá kapitola obsahuje charakteristiku, etiologii, patogenezi, klasifikaci akutní pankreatitidy a rozdělení podle patofyziologických změn tkání. Třetí kapitola obsahuje komplikace, diagnostiku a terapii akutní pankreatitidy. Poslední čtvrtá kapitola obsahuje specifika ošetřovatelské péče o nemocné s akutní pankreatitidou, kam jsme zařadili ošetřovatelský proces, edukaci nemocných, dělení ošetřovatelské edukace a fáze edukačního procesu. V praktické části bakalářské práce mapujeme a popisujeme vnímání saturace potřeby jistoty a bezpečí nemocných hospitalizovaných s akutní pankreatitidou. Akutní pankreatitida je doprovázena velkou bolestí, která může omezit soběstačnost nemocného a ovlivnit u nemocných pocit jistoty a bezpečí. Kvalitativní výzkumné šetření je realizováno u pěti participantů, právě malý vzorek účastníků neumožňuje navrhnout obecné doporučení, nicméně poukazuje na problematiku, které je nutné v rámci ošetřovatelské péče věnovat výraznou pozornost. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis topic is nursing care of patients with acute pancreatitis. The theoretical part is divided into four chapters. The first chapter contains knowledge of the anatomy and physiology of the pancreas. The second chapter contains the characteristics, aetiology, pathogenesis, classification of acute pancreatitis and classification according to pathophysiological tissue changes. The third chapter contains complications, diagnosis and therapy of acute pancreatitis. The last fourth chapter contains the specifics of nursing care of patients with acute pancreatitis, where we have included the nursing process, patient education, division of nursing education and stages of the educational process. In the empirical part of the bachelor's thesis, we map and describe the perceived saturation of the need for security and safety of patients hospitalized with acute pancreatitis. Acute pancreatitis is accompanied by severe pain, which can limit the patient's self-sufficiency and affect the patients' sense of security and safety. This qualitative research investigation is conducted with five participants. The small sample does not allow us to propose a general recommendation, but it illustrates an issue that needs significant attention in nursing care. |
