| Abstract: | Záměrem diplomové práce je představit Institut podmíněného propuštění, provádění, uplatňování v praxi, historii. Trestání pachatelů trestné činnosti, procesu resocializace odsouzených ve výkonu trestu. Program zacházení odsouzených a jeho realizaci. V další části své práce se budu věnovat institutu podmíněného propuštění, zákonných podmínek pro podmíněné propuštění všeobecné zákonné úpravě tohoto institutu. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of the thesis is to introduce the Institute of conditional release, implementation, application in practice, history. Punishing offenders, the process of resocialization of prisoners serving sentences. Prison Treatment Programme and its implementation. In the next part of my thesis I will deal with the institute of conditional release, legal conditions for conditional release general statutory the regulation of this institute. |
