dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce je zaměřena na kamerové systémy a jejich právní aspekty. Práce hodnotí především právní úpravu kamerových systemů de lege lata. Dále předkládá oblast jejich využití a rovněž pracuje s judikaturou, která se dotýká těchto systémů. Autorka se ve své práci věnuje rovněž trestněprávním aspektům kamerových systemů, a to především z hlediska dokazování. Součástí práce jsou také úvahy de lege ferenda.cs
