| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá otázkou menšin žijících na území České republiky. Jsou zde popsány jednotlivé charakteristiky menšin, jejich historie a kultura. Důležitou součástí této práce je popis integrace národnostních menšin, vymezení pojmu a procesy integrace. Dále jsou zde uvedeny státní instituce a neziskové organizace zabývající se problematikou menšin. Je zde uvedeno porovnání pohledů majority na menšiny a naopak. Na konkrétním příkladu je ukázán vztah menšiny k integraci. |
| Abstract in different language: | The work deals with the issue of national minorities living in the Czech Republic. There are described individual characteristics of minorities, their history and culture. An important part of this work is description of integration of national minorities, definition of the term and integration processes. There are also described state institutions and non-profit organizations dealing with minority issues. There is a comparison of the views of the majority to minority and vice versa. On the specific example is shown a relationship of the minority to the integration. |
