| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá studiem elektrických, optických a strukturních vlastností tenkých transparentních vodivých vrstev. Jako vhodný materiál pro tuto práci byl zvolen hliníkem dopovaný oxid zinečnatý. Zkoumané vrstvy byly vytvořeny metodou magnetronového RF naprašování. V úvodu této práce je provedeno shrnutí teoretických poznatků, týkající se transparentních vodivých oxidů a metod přípravy tenkých vrstev. V následující části jsou podrobně popsány všechny využité analytické metody. Závěrečná část je zaměřena na výsledky získané podrobnou analýzou vytvořených vzorků, dále je zde zmíněna souvislost mezi optickými, elektrickými a strukturními vlastnostmi deponovaných vrstev. |
| Abstract in different language: | The purpose of this Diploma's Thesis is to study the electrical, optical and structural properties of thin transparent conductive oxides. The proper material chosen for this thesis was the aluminum doped zinc oxide. Thin films were prepared by magnetron RF sputtering. The first part of the thesis deals with summary of theoretical knowledge about chosen material and methods used for deposition of thin films. The following part focuses on methods used for analysis of prepared thin films. Finally, the thesis summarized results achieved by chosen measurements and gives a connection between optical, electrical and structural properties of deposited thin films. |
