| cs |

dc.description.abstract-translated | This diploma thesis "Preparation and study of silicon multilayer superstructures a-Si:H/SiO2 for PV" deals with the techniques of thin films (PVD, CVD, PECVD), methods of their identification (optical and structural analysis) using Raman spectroscopy, FTIR, XRD, UV-Vis spectrophotometry and spectroscopic ellipsometry. The practical part of this work describes the preparation of substrates and multilayered samples, subsequent their annealing and analysis (of the above methods). For this research, there were used facilities at NTC of University of West Bohemia in Pilsen. | en |
