| Abstract: | Cílem mé diplomové práce bylo vytvoření interaktivního programu, jehož obsahem bude využití cvičení s kognitivními úkoly v tréninkovém procesu fotbalu u kategorie mladšího školního věku. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na dvě části, a to teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části zmiňuji význam poznávacích procesů pro sport v návaznosti na motorické učení a mladší školní věk. Praktická část je obsažena na přiloženém DVD, které obsahuje kromě řady cvičení doplněných o podrobný popis také několik kapitol věnovaných teorii. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of my diploma work was to create an interactive programme whose content is using exercises with cognitive tasks in the football training process in the younger school children category. The diploma work is divided in two parts, the theoretical one and the practical one. In the theoretical one the importance of learning processes for sport is mentioned in relation to the motoric learning and younger school age. The practical part can be found in the attached DVD, which contains, besides many exercises accompanied with detailed description, also several chapters devoted to the theory. |
