| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá power skatingem - metodou rozvíjející úroveň motorických schopností a bruslařských dovedností hráčů ledního hokeje. Obsah práce je rozdělen na dvě části, a to na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části práce je prezentován souborný přehled obsahující relevantní informace k tématům hokejové bruslení a power skating. Část praktická zahrnuje videoprogram, který obsahuje zásobník power skatingových průpravných cvičení. Videoprogram je určen zejména pro trenéry a hráče ledního hokeje všech věkových kategorií. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis deals with power skating - method of developing the level of motoric abilities and skating skills of ice hockey players. The content of this work is divided into two parts, on a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part of the work consists of the reports overview, which contains relevant informations on topics such as ice-hockey skating and power skating. Practical part includes videoprogram, which contains the collection of power skating preparatory exercises. Videoprogram is designed especially for coaches and players of ice hockey of all age categories. |
