| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá mapováním fauny brouků přírodní rezervace Zábělá v Plzni. Uvedený průzkum je vůbec prvním systematickým průzkumem brouků tohoto chráněného území. Práce obsahuje také rozbor literatury zabývající se výzkumem Coleoptera v dalších oblastech České republiky i Slovenska. Je zde uvedena celková charakteristika zkoumaného území společně s použitými entomologickými metodami, charakteristikou řádu brouků i jednotlivých nalezených čeledí. Samotný entomologický průzkum se zabývá zjištěním druhové diverzity brouků PR Zábělá s cílem upozornit na významné taxony. U druhů brouků získaných sběrem do zemních pastí je statisticky vyhodnocen rozdíl jejich výskytu na různých typech stanovišť a také sezónní změny výskytu. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis maps the fauna of beetles in the nature reserve Zábělá in Pilsen. The survey is the first systematic survey of beetles of this protected area. The work also includes analysis of the literature dealing with research of beetles in other areas of the Czech Republic and Slovakia. There is listed the total characteristics of the studied area together with the used entomological methods, characteristic of the order of beetles and individual families found. The entomological survey itself deals with the findings of the species diversity of beetles in PR Zábělá in order to draw attention to the important taxa. For the species of beetles collected in pitfall traps is statistically evaluated the difference of their occurrence in different habitat types and also seasonal changes of their occurence. |
