| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce bylo zjištění diverzity mokřadní malakofauny v přírodní rezervaci Petrovka. Výzkum v tomto chráněném území probíhal od dubna do listopadu 2013. Malakofauna byla zjišťována převážně pomocí hrabankových vzorků a to na 20 lokalitách. Celkem bylo nalezeno 11 306 jedinců, které řadíme do 16 druhů. První část diplomové práce je teoretická a popisuje a charakterizuje přírodní rezervaci Petrovka. Dále je v této části popsána metodika, která byla při diplomové práci využita. Druhá část je věnována charakteristice jednotlivých lokalit, které byly zvoleny pro odběr hrabanky a popisu nalezených druhů měkkýšů. Dále jsou v praktické části diplomové práce uvedeny tabulky, ve kterých jsou uvedeny nalezené druhy v jednotlivých lokalitách. Závěr praktické části je věnován vyhodnocení s názornými grafy a porovnání s předešlými výzkumy. Nejvýznamnějšími nalezenými druhy jsou Vertigo angustior a Vertigo antivertigo, které jsou vedeny v Červeném seznamu ohrožených druhů České republiky jako zranitelné a druh Vertigo substriata, který je veden jako téměř ohrožený. |
| Abstract in different language: | The inventory research and observations on a diversity of wetland malacofauna in the Nature Reserve Petrovka in Plzeň Bolevec are the main topic of presented thesis. Research in this area continued from April to November 2013. Molluscs were sampled at 20 localities. In total, 11 306 individuals of 16 species were sampled. The study area and methods are described in theoretical chapters. Particular localities with lists of sampled species are presented in following chapters. Analysis and explanations of the a low diversity of malacofauna, illustrative graphs, and comparison with other malacological research are summarized in the chapter Conclusions. Observed remarkable low diversity of malacofauna reflects the low pH of peat-bog and wetlands (dominated by Alnus glutinosa) along the Bolevecký potok creek in the Petrovka valley. Vertigo angustior and Vertigo antivertigo, both in the The IUCN Red List of Threatened Species of the Czech Republic, and species Vertigo substriata which is registered as a near threatened species are the most outstanding finds of mollucs. Dominance of the ellobiids Carychium minimum and C. tridentatum and presence of Succinella oblonga are typical for area of the Nature Reserve Petrovka. |
