| Abstract: | Ve své diplomové práci se zabývám specifikami ošetřovatelské péče o nemocné podstupující radiofrekvenční katétrovou ablaci. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část je zaměřena na anatomii a fyziologii srdce, základní vyšetřovací metody v kardiologii, arytmie léčené radiofrekvenční katétrovou ablací, péčí o pacienta podstupující tento výkon a jeho potřeby. V praktické části je zpracováno šetření pomocí rozhovorů se všeobecnými sestrami, které poskytují ošetřovatelskou péči pacientům podstupující radiofrekvenční katétrovou ablaci. |
| Abstract in different language: | I am dealing with specification of nursing care of patients who are undergoing radiofrequency catheter ablation in my diploma thesis. This thesis is split into two parts, theoretical and practical. Teoretical part is focused to anatomy and physiology of the heart, basic diagnostic methods in cardiology, arrhythmias which are treated by radiofrequency catheter ablation, care of patient who is undergoing this procedure and his needs. There is processed the investigation by interviews with patients who are undergoing radiofrequency catheter ablation and interviews with nurses who are providing nursing care to these patients. |
