| Abstract: | Tématem této diplomové práce je srovnání kvality života u klientů s mechanickou a biologickou srdeční chlopní. Cílem tohoto šetření je zjistit kvalitu života mezi pacienty, kteří žijí s mechanickou náhradou nebo s chlopní biologickou. Zjistit výhody a nevýhody jednotlivých typů umělých náhrad a získat poznatky o dostatečné informovanosti pacientů v této problematice. |
| Abstract in different language: | The theme of this work is to compare the quality of life for clients with mechanical and biological heart valves. The aim of this investigation is to determine the quality of life among patients who live with a mechanical substitute or biological valve. Identify the advantages and disadvantages of different types of prostheses and gain sufficient knowledge of patient information in this issue. |
