| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na ošetřovatelskou péči o nemocné s pozdními komplikacemi diabetu mellitu. V teoretické části mé práce popisuji klasifikaci diabetu, jeho klinické příznaky dle typů diabetu, diagnostiku, terapii, akutní a chronické komplikace. Také se zmiňuji o ošetřovatelské péči obecně. V praktické části bakalářské práce jsou popsány dvě kazuistiky pacientů, kteří mají přidružená onemocnění diabetu. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor work focuses on nursing care of patients with late complications of diabetes mellitus. In the teoretical part of the thesis I describe the classification of diabetes and its clinical symptoms according to types of diabetes, diagnosis, treatment, acute and chronic complications. I mention the nursing care too. In the practical part of the thesis I describe two case reports of patients who have comorbidities of diabetes. |
