| Abstract: | V prvních částech bakalářské práce je popisován vývoj ošetřovatelské péče a ošetřovatelské dokumentace v českých zemích. V dalších částech je popsán vývoj Městské nemocnice PRIVAMED a.s. a zdravotnické dokumentace od jejího vzniku po současnost. V posledních částech je vývoj ošetřovatelské péče a ošetřovatelské dokumentace na lůžkách léčebny dlouhodobě nemocných v MN PRIVAMED a.s. rozdělen mezi roky 1982 1995 a 1996 2012. |
| Abstract in different language: | In the early parts of the Bachelor's thesis is described the development of nursing care and nursing documentation in the Czech lands. In other parts of the city hospital development is described and the LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY PRIVAMED medical records from its inception to the present. In the last sections is the development of nursing care and nursing documentation on hospital beds for long-term patients in MN LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY PRIVAMED a.s. is divided between the years 1982-1995 and 1996-2012. |
