| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je věnována problematice ošetřování dětského romského pacienta. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty poznatky multikulturního ošetřovatelství zaměřené na specifické potřeby klienta romského etnika, které vycházejí z kulturních tradic této menšiny. Velká pozornost je věnována zejména hospitalizovanému dítěti. Praktická část je založena na kvalitativním výzkumném šetření formou rozhovorů se všeobecnými sestrami. Mapuje znalosti ošetřujícího personálu v oblasti poskytování kulturně senzitivní péče a jejich využití v praxi. Výsledky průzkumu jsou zpracovány písemnou formou. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis is devoted to the problems of Roma children's care of the patient. In the theoretical section summarizes the findings of multicultural nursing focusing on the specific needs of the client Roma ethnic group, which are based on the cultural traditions of the minority. Great attention is paid to the child admitted to hospital. The research is based on qualitative research study through interviews with nurses. It maps the knowledge of nursing staff in providing culturally sensitive care and their use in practice. The survey results are processed in written form. |
