| Abstract: | První část bakalářské práce obsahuje teoretické poznatky z oblasti obezity, její diagnostiky, prevence a zdravotních potíží vyskytujících se v souvislosti s ní. Dále se věnuje léčbě obezity, detailněji pak bandáži žaludku a specifické ošetřovatelské péči o obézního klienta. Druhá část je věnována průzkumu zaměřenému na míru informovanosti klientů v dané problematice, dodržování doporučených režimových opatření, výskytu komplikací podkožně umístěného plnícího portu a vlivu operačního zákroku na choroby související s obezitou. |
| Abstract in different language: | The first part of this bachelor thesis presents theoretical information on obesity, its diagnostics, prevention and related health issues. Further, it deals with the treatment of obesity, particularly gastric banding and the specific nursing care for obese patients. The second part of the thesis is dedicated to research focusing on the clients' awareness of this issue, the observance of recommended regimen measures, the incidence of complications connected with a subcutaneously placed filling port, and the effect of a surgical procedure on obesity related diseases. |
