dc.description.abstract-translatedThe error in an unbiased Monte Carlo method is characterized by the variance. By knowing the variance of different Monte Carlo estimators for Radiosity (and also their cost) we should be able to obtain the most efficient of them. This paper gives the variances for two such estimators, the shooting and gathering infinite path length random walk estimators. This completes a previous work of the author on finite path length estimators.en
