Abstract in different language: | The development of the Internet has become a basic factor that ensures the companies using it for commercial purposes. Its widespread use has also caused a change in the character of trade. Companies have begun to invest in information technology and create electronic shops. It's not traditional stores, but stores of the virtual world, where there are different rules and laws of the market, which the enterprises must cope with in order to remain now in the new global competition. This way they are trying to increase their efficiency, improve operations and service to customers. In some cases, it may happen that starting a business in electronic form may have negative consequences for the company, which had had a regional scope and comparable prices with surroundings, which may no longer be still competitive on a global scale and then the company gets a reputation for overpriced shop which will harm to its old stone store. |
