| Abstract: | Lessons Learned (LL) je účinný nástroj, jak zabránit (opakujícím se) chybám pomocí efektivního a cíleného předávání informací a zkušeností nejen ve výrobních oblastech průmyslových podniků. Proces vychází z principu učit se z vlastních chyb a z vlastních zkušeností. LL je vstupem pro zlepšení a standardizaci, pro další vývoj procesů, metod a předpisů, jako např. analýza možných vad a jejich následků (FMEA), pracovní postupy, proces návrhu výrobků atd. Metodika LL je často využívána pro předání informací o příčinách a ověřených a úspěšných nápravných opatření ke známým chybám tak, aby nedocházelo k jejich opakování nejen v rámci daného výrobku, ale také u obdobných pracovních procesů, případně v rámci velkých nadnárodních společností mezi jednotlivými výrobními závody. Použití LL by se nemělo zaměřovat pouze na „negativní“ hlediska, je smysluplné zahrnovat také pozitivní případy a příklady. |
| Abstract in different language: | Lessons Learned (LL) is an efficient tool, how to avoid (repeated) mistakes due to the effective and targeted information and experience transfer not only in the production areas of the industrial companies. The process is based on the principle of learning from own mistakes and own experience. LL is a base for the another improvements and standardization, for further development of processes, methods and regulations, for example Failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), working instructions, product design etc. LL methodology is often used as a communication tool about causes and proved and successful measures to the known errors. The aim is to prevent not only their repetition at one product, but also at the similar working processes, in case of supra-national companies among the branches. LL usage should not be only focused on the negative views but also on the positive cases and examples. The definition of persons responsible in each area and department is necesary at LL metodology. The information has to come to the right hands and has to be implemented. This assay is focused on description and basic principles of LL, with the emphasis on its application in practice and contributions of its implementation in the industrial companies. |
