| Abstract: | Předmětem bakalářské práce "Vybraný podnik a jeho role v regionálním rozvoji" je charakterizovat vybraný podnik v rozvíjející se lokalitě Františkovy Lázně. Práce se věnuje zkoumání vybraného podníku a jeho role v rozvoje regionu. V první části bakalářské práce autorka podala základní informace o malém a středním podnikání, o využití lázeňských služeb celého regionu a o důležitosti cestovního ruchu ve Františkových Lázních. Dále byla provedena SWOT analýza výbraného regionu. V druhé části se autorka zmínila o základních informacích analyzovaného podniku a navrhla opatření pro jeho další ekonomický růst z hlediska regionální zaměstanosti. |
| Abstract in different language: | The subject of the Bachelor work "The enterprise and its role in the regional development" is the description of a particular company in developing the location Františkovy Lázně. The main aim of the work is studying the company and its role in the region. In the first part of the bachelor, the author outlines the basic information on small and medium-sized enterprises, the use of the spa services of the entire region and the importance of tourism in Františkovy Lázně. Further was made the SWOT analysis of the selected city. In the second part, the author describes the basic information about the analysed company and proposed a solution for its further growth in terms of regional development. |
