| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je analyzovat jednotlivé vlivy, které působí na podnik Stavební a obchodní společnost Most. Následně zhodnotit dopad působení těchto vlivů na další možný vývoj podniku a navrhnout opatření doporučená pro úpravy jeho strategie. V teoretické části je definováno okolí podniku, jednotlivé členění a typy okolí. Následují metody pro analýzu makrookolí a mikrookolí. V praktické části je charakterizován podnik a jeho strategie. Tato část je věnována také konkrétním analýzám z teoretické části, které jsou aplikovány na podnik. Jedná se o PEST analýzu, Porterův model pěti sil, analýzu vnitřního okolí. Výsledkem SWOT analýzy je několik silných stránek podniku, jeho příležitosti, ale také slabé stránky a možné hrozby pro podnik. Na základě toho jsou navrhnuta opatření, která by mohla zlepšit další možný vývoj podniku. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of this thesis is analyze the various factors that affect the company Stavební a obchodní společnost Most. Afterwards is evaluating the impact of these effects on the possible development of the company and proposed recommendation for the treatment of this strategy. The theoretical part is focused on surroundings of company, each division and surroundings types. The methods for the analysis of macro and micro environment are discussed next. In the practical part the company and its strategies are characterized. This section is focused on the analysis of the theoretical part, the results are company applied. The issue is PEST analysis, Porter's five forces model and the analysis of the internal environment. The SWOT analysis results in several company strengths, the opportunities and also the weaknesses and potential threats to the company. Actions that could improve the possible future development of the company are suggested, based on previous analysis. |
