| Abstract: | Tato práce je zaměřena na chlazení s využitím obnovitelných zdrojů. Text je rozdělen do čtyř částí. První se zabývá historií chlazení, principy a druhy chlazení, druhá část popisuje energetické a finanční nároky na jednotlivé typy chlazení. Třetí a čtvrtá část jsou části, které se zabývají praktickou stránkou. Třetí část popisuje návrh chladicích prostor pro malý pivovar a skladování piva před jeho načepováním; ve čtvrté části je popsáno měření na reálné aplikaci malého pivovaru. Výstupem práce je zhodnocení a porovnání moderních typů chlazení s chlazením za pomocí obnovitelných zdrojů. |
| Abstract in different language: | This work is focused on cooling with use of renewable sources. The text is divided into four parts. The first section deals with history of cooling, principles and types of cooling. The second part describes energy and financial requirements of different types of cooling. The third and fourth parts are the parts where the practical aspect is dealt with. The third part describes a concept of a walk-in refrigerator for a small brewery and beer storage before tapping; the fourth section describes the measurement of a real application in a small brewery. The outcome of this work is to evaluate and compare modern types of cooling with types using renewable sources. |
