| Abstract: | Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zabývá optimalizací firemních procesů a různými strategiemi vedení firmy. Je rozdělena do dvou částí teoretické, která se věnuje různým metodám reengineeringu a řízení podniku, neboť vedení firmy právě pomocí reengineeringu (radikální změny) zvyšuje výkonnost nejen procesu, ale i celého podniku. Druhou část tvoří příklad z praxe, který umožňuje vytvořit si jasnou představu o průběhu reengineeringu. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis deals with the optimization of business processes and various strategies of leadership used within company. It is divided into two parts theoretical part, which deals with various methods of reengineering and leadership because leadership increases the process output through the reengineering (radical change). The example of the real performance of reengineering is described in the second part of the thesis. That description allows clear imagination of the reengineering process. |
