| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá sledováním výskytu prstnatce májového v mokřadu u Koterova v Plzni, nejbohatší lokalitě na území města Plzně. Monitoring populace prstnatce májového byl proveden formou inventarizace kvetoucích jedinců na celé ploše mokřadu a formou monitoringu všech jedinců prstnatce v pokusných čtvercích. V rámci sledování lokality během terénních prací během vegetačních sezón 2013 a 2014 byl také prováděn sběr faunistických a floristických dat a fytocenologické snímkování. Celkem bylo v území nalezeno 122 druhů cévnatých rostlin a 66 druhů živočichů, z nichž 6 je chráněno zákonem 114/1992 Sb. Výsledkem práce je doporučení vhodného managementu pro území mokřadu u Koterova a jeho širšího okolí. |
| Abstract in different language: | This diploma thesis is focused on an occurence of the protected species Dactylorhiza majalis (Western March Orchid) in a wet non-forest site near the Plzeň city (in the zone Koterov). This site "Mokřad na Černickém potoce the Wetland at Černický potok stream" with wet meadow stands is a very valuable semi-natural ecosystem thanks to a rich population of Dactylorhiza majalis, rarely spread species in the PlzeňCity District and surrounding areas. The population of Dactylorhiza majalis was monitored during the years 20132014. On the whole area of the site, all fertile plants were counted. Moreover, both fertile and sterile specimens of Dactylorhiza majalis were recorded in two experimental square plots (25 m2) fixed in 2013. In these plots, detailed vegetation analyses were performed. As regards the next research of the site, complete list of the flora was also done as well as accessory faunistic observations focused on both the invertebrates and the vertebrates. Within the inventory survey of the flora, 122 species of vascular plants were recorded and within the faunistic research, 66 species were found including 6 endangered taxa. The acceptable management strategies were solved not only for the study site but also for surrounding areas. |
