| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce pojednává o trestném činu vraždy novorozeného matkou. Zabývá se mimo jiné určením počátku trestněprávní ochrany lidského života. Stěžejní část práce je věnována analýze skutkové podstaty tohoto trestného činu, přičemž důraz je kladen na výklad a objasnění diskutabilních pojmů, které předmětná zákonná úprava obsahuje. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis is focusing on the main aspects of a criminal offence the murder of a newborn child. It deals with the beginning of the criminal law protection of human life. The substantial part of this thesis is based on analysis of the body of the crime and clarification of the terms used in legal regulation. |
