| Abstract: | Tématem této bakalářské práce je Etika ve veřejné správě. Je to bezpochy-by velmi důležité téma, ale někdy také dosti opomíjené. Cílem této práce je vhled do problematiky etiky ve veřejné správě. Etiku ve veřejné správě ovlivňuje v nemalé míře demokratická společnost, přičemž nemůžeme opominout i historické souvislosti, ale i životní úroveň spo-lečnosti, zvyklosti, tradice a v neposlední řadě morální postoje a právní zakotvení v daném státu. Tyto souvislosti mohou poukazovat na ovládání etického jednání v dané společnosti. Také poukazují na to, jak je společnost schopna dodržovat zásady. Při práci na tomto tématu nebylo možné nenarazit na téma korupce, která byla začleněna. Poslední kapitola je věnována empirické sondě na téma etiky. |
| Abstract in different language: | Although the actual situation in the Czech republic does not meet that need. Administration and ethical culture is on the downgrade lately and causes even less trust from the citizens. There is a need to make the administration more transparent and understandable for a normal member of the society. The office workers should work more effectively and focus on the citizens (which are their clients after all). The office work is a kind of a civil service and that is to keep on mind and make steps toward that. I would not say every office worker makes his job wrong (I know that would not be true). There is a lot of good working office workers that are realizing their job is a civil service. That would not be a goal of this thesis nor mine. I appreciate being the public service law in action (act no. 234/2014). This act determine the principles for the administration. Only time can prove whether this act will benefit the administration or not and I could not even estimate how it would be. Even though the act makes sureness for office workers which is a good value in my opinion. |
