Abstract: Bakalářská práce se věnuje metodice nácviku freestylu pro začátečníky ve snowboardingu, ve vybraných disciplínách. Hlavním cílem je zpracování video-projektu a utřídění metodických postupů nácviku v dané sportovní oblasti, který bude možno použít k naučení nebo zdokonalení daných triků, případně korekci chyb.
Abstract in different language: Bachelor thesis dedicated to the methodology of training for beginners in freestyle snowboarding, in selected disciplines. The main aim was to create videos and organize training of methodologies in the sports area, which will be used to learn or improve of the tricks, or error correction.
