| Abstract: | Tato práce pojednává o pohybové aktivitě v šestinedělí. Práce je rozdělena na část praktickou a část teoretickou. Praktická část je zaměřena na charakteristiku šestinedělí v období ženy a na fyziologické změny v šestinedělí. Dále popisuje cviky, které jsou vhodné pro toto období. Závěrečná část je zaměřena na průběh pohybové aktivity v minulém století. Praktická část má charakter výzkumný a hlavním cílem bylo zjistit, jak je rozvinuta praxe pohybové aktivity u žen v šestinedělí. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis deals with physical activity six weeks after giving birth. This script is devided into practical and theoretical parts. The practical part specializes in characteristic of this puerperium period and its physiological changes within the woman´s body. Moreover it describes specific suitable exercises during the period. The final part is about evolution of physical activity in the last century. The character of practical part is research and the main goal was to find the amount of physical activity in puerperium that is practised among women. |
