| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou vlivu alkoholu a kouření na vývoj plodu. V teoretické části je zpracován popis vývoje plodu, důsledky působení alkoholu a cigaretového kouře na lidské zdraví, těhotenství a vyvíjejícího se jedince. Poslední kapitola teoretické části se věnuje specifikám přístupu porodní asistentky, tedy péči o závislou těhotnou ženu a také o jejího novorozence. Poznatky sepsané v teoretické části pochází z dostupné literatury a z internetových zdrojů. V praktické části je formou kvalitativního výzkumu analyzován konkrétní případ kojence, jenž byl nitroděložně vystavován působení alkoholu a cigaretového kouře. Rovněž se zde nacházejí rozhovory se zdravotními pracovníky. Samotný závěr práce shrnuje poznatky získané v průběhu výzkumné studie a je zde uvedeno doporučení pro praxi. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis focuses on the issues of effect of alcohol and smoking on fetal development. Theoretical part contains a complete description of fetal development, effect of alcohol and smoking on human health, pregnancy and developing individual. The last chapter of the theoretical part focuses on specifics of attitude of midwife, this means taking care of addicted pregnant woman and her new born baby. The findings stated in the theoretical part have been collected from available literature and internet sources. In practical part there is a case study and qualitative research that analyzed the specific case of infant who was in utero exposed to effect of alcohol and cigarette smoke. There are also interviews with medical staff. The conclusion of the thesis summarizes the findings acquired in the course of research and there is presented recommendation for the practical application. |
