| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce s názvem "Adenotomie u dětí dříve a nyní" srovnává problematiku v přístupu k dětskému pacientovi při odstranění nosní mandle v lokální a celkové anestézii. Teoretická část zahrnuje pohled do historie oborů spojených s tématem, dále kapitoly popisují stručně anatomii a fyziologii nosohltanové mandle. Pozornost je věnována i perioperační a domácí péči. V praktické části jsem použila kvantitativní výzkum pomocí dotazníkového šetření, kde jsou srovnávány dvě skupiny respondentů, kteří podstoupili odstranění nosní mandle v celkové anestézii a bez ní. |
| Abstract in different language: | My bachelor´s work named "Adenoctomy in children in the past and now" compare problems in attitude to children patient in case of adenotomia in the local and general anaesthesia. Teoretical part include a view into the history of discipline connected with my theme, the other chapters discribe basic anatomy and physiology of oropharyngeal tonsil. The attention is dedicated to perioperation and home care. In the practical part I have used quantitative research using questionnaire survey, where are compared two groups of responders, which have undergone the adenotomia in general or local anaesthesia. |
