| Abstract: | Označení operativní porod, znamená porod, kdy je zesílena nebo nahrazena vypuzovací síla matky, Jedná se například o porod porodnickými kleštěmi, vakuumextrakci nebo porod císařským řezem.V mé bakalářské práci jsem se zabývala problematikou laktace u matek pouze po porodu císařským řezem. V teoretické části, jsem popsala kojení, základní pojmy a specifika kojení po porodu císařským řezem. V praktické části jsem se snažila zmapovat problémové oblasti ošetřovatelské péče o matku a dítě po císařském řezu. Jak porod císařským řezem vnímají matky, zda pociťují nějaká omezení a nakolik byly informovány o samotném výkonu a následné ošetřovatelské péči. Pokusila jsem se zjistit, zda porod císařským řezem ovlivňuje nástup laktace a zahájení kojení a v jakých oblastech. |
| Abstract in different language: | The term "surgical delivery" means the labour in which mother´s pushing-out force is strengthened or substituted. It is for example a forceps delivery, vacuum extraction or cesarean section. In my work, I focused on the topic of lactation of mothers after cesarean section. In the theoretical part of my work I describedm breastfeeding, basic terms and specifications of breastfeeding after cesarean section. In the practical part, I tried to describe problems of nursing care about a mother and her baby after the cesarean section delivery: The way mothers feel during the cesarean section delivery, wether they feel any limitations and to which extend they are informed about the intervention and the subsequent nursing care. I also tried to find out if and how the cesarean section delivery influences the start of lactation and breastfeeding. |
