Abstract: Tato bakalářská práce se zabývala kvalitou života pacienta s plicní hypertenzí, stručným popisem této choroby, možnostmi diagnostiky a léčby. Dále rozebrala různé možnosti hodnocení kvality života. Zaměřila se také na práci lékařského i nelékařského personálu a jejich součinnosti při léčbě plicní hypertenze. Tato práce má část teoretickou a praktickou.
Abstract in different language: This bachelor thesis deals mainly with the quality of life of patients with pulmonary hypertension, brief description of this disease, diagnostic methods and treatment. It also analyses arious methods of quality of life evaluation. Furthermore, it focuses on the work of both medical and non-medical teams and their cooperation in the pulmonary hypertension treatment. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part.
